General Terms and Exclusions

Atlas Software Pty Ltd produces excellent software and provides useful and relevant advice at all times.  Notwithstanding these facts these conditions and exclusions apply to ALL products and services supplied by Atlas Software Pty Ltd howsoever acquired, unless otherwise overridden by other written conditions supplied with the product at time of purchase that can be presented in their original form.  Evidence of purchase in the form of an official receipt, dated and printed on Atlas Software letterhead must be presented with such overriding conditions.

All software supplied by Atlas Software Pty Ltd remains the copyright (c) of the owner of the intellectual property whoever that may be. 

The acquisition of any software licence DOES NOT transfer any ownership in any intellectual property whatsoever to the holder of such licence.

All software is provided under licence on an as-is basis. 

No warranties or guarantees are given and no claims to the suitability of purpose are claimed whatsoever.

The purchaser is solely responsible for deciding which products to licence and whether they are suitable for the purpose the client intends to put them to.

No liability will be accepted for any direct or indirect and/or consequential losses and/or damages that may be incurred through the use of any products and services supplied by Atlas Software.
